Christ' Reppin !

Yo’ guys, it is the first week of the February !

And… yep, it’s raining again. It’s a bit weird since I always post my blog during night rain. Haha. I caught a bad cold, too. Sneezing so hard… Yeah, you can imagine how nasty I am being surrounded by tissues and medicine packages! *dramatic*

Anyway, I will go to my bestfriend’s sweet 17^th birthday party, so I’ll post this really fast. B)

Located in North Hollywood, Movement Lifestyle has become a popular dance crew with the leader : Keone Madrid and Mariel Martin (yes, they officially are couple and some news said that they will get married soon ♥). The characteristics of their choreographies are craving the beats, groovy, and when it comes to slow music, they make a lyrical choreography. Lyrical choreography means that you make the choreography based on the lyrics of the song. You can check out their works on their OFFICIAL website or simply go to Youtube and search there.

Mostly their choreographies are repping for Christ. They use Christian’s songs such as Lecrae’s, Deitrick Haddon’s, and JC’s. They participated more on events rather than competitions. They are a premier full service choreography management company. They also represent upcoming and established artists and focus on creating ways to expose their art using media, production, music and dance.

Hard work beats talent, when talent fails to work hard 

-Keone Madrid-

One of their performance I love most is “We Need You” choreography, filmed by Kanauru Production. So in 2009, Keone Madrid was given an idea. They make a choreography based on bible. On the opening, they dance to the “Where You Are”-Deitrick Haddon, having the come in and out cleanly. It continued that they went to practice it and Mariel Martin brought the bible with her.

Then they represent the “We Need You” choreography neatly. The position formattings are miraculous, and you can feel they dance with their whole heart. If I’m not mistaken, there are 12 people dancing in that choreography. There are also the act when the lights came off and they lit up a glow-in-the-dark thing which makes your jaw open and drools. Ahaha. Yeah, they are passionate dancers after all.

Their krumpings are cool too. They went hard for the New Shalom – Lecrae, Crank It Up – J’son, No Worries – Trip Lee, and many more. In the New Shalom video for example , you can see how cool Keone Madrid moves, and when his hat fell down, he just grabbed it and wore it again which makes the accident looks good instead! Man, I wish I could learn the choreography! ></ I make a choreography of that song once, and that video !stops! me.

In addition, their lyrical choreography in Adele song, Daydreamer, are great too. You can see how deep Keone’s love for Mariel *sob*. Yeah the choreo is so damn gorgeous it could make you cry. The couple dances are awesome too. I want one. Hahaha.

Oh, almost forgot! I’m going to participate in Final Geolympic Competition by ITS (Technic College) in Surabaya. It’s like a rally game, so you run here and there and work the questions out. I hope you guys don’t mind praying for me, so that I can run around 82 hectares without collapsing. Hope my flu get better too! *pray*
